    I have a Vitamix and this process is still too time consuming along with the cost of almonds. Hubby said I should just go ahead and purchase almond flour, it is more consistent in texture and can be substituted cup for cup in most recipes for all purpose flour.     Made these with some substitutions ... Swerve in place of brown sugar, almond flour in place of all purpose flour, yes some cinnamon, raisins, and for sure chia seeds and/or flaxseed ... awwww now, much healthier. Yummmmmy"
