"theses were so good and very easy to do. i did all of the breading early and stuck them in the freezer for an hour or so before cooking. i didn't have panko on hand but regular bread crumbs worked fine. i forgot to put the seasoning in the flour so we seasoned them as we ate them - they were still really good."

"i always had trouble with the pudding getting lumpy when i added it to the water. i finally realized that if you add the water to the pudding mix a little at a time and mix as you go, it doesn't get lumpy - you can bring it to a boil and don't have to try to break up all of those disgusting lumps as it cooks. i love to experiment with other flavor..."

I also put the sugar and spices in a baggie and tossed the apples rather than sprinkling the sugar over them - other than that I left everything as is. Hubby and I both give it 5 stars and will definatly make it again. Thanks fo..."
