"I made this for my friends and they can't get enough of it. I had increased the raisin portion to 3/4 cup though, and soaked them in 1/3 cup brandy for an added flavour.Not a traditional recipe, I know, but yum!!"

"I too, didn't like eating tuna, but these patties were good. I agree with Stephanie, that you need a little more oil to saute the onions, and I substituted parsley for cilantro. The flavours were just wonderful. The cayenne pepper added a kick."
