Absolutely delicious! I had a bunch of leftover broccoli and cauliflower from a veggie tray that I wanted to use up. So I wound up using 2 cups broccoli and 3 cups cauliflower. I followed the rest of the directions exactly, and ate 3/4ths of the pot myself for dinner! The lemon flavor was a touch strong, but that';s likely because I used caul...

I just made these today after finding the recipe in Acreage Life magazine. The only thing I did differently was use finely chopped fresh sage. Next time I';ll do the same but maybe increase it to 2.5-3 teaspoons - and I';ll go a little heavier on the lemon too. These were fabulous!"

I';m going to withhold rating any stars until I try this again. For some reason the broth didn';t absorb or evaporate, and when I flipped the chicken, all of the garlic came off in the broth. Maybe next time I';ll use a larger pan (mine was prob a little smaller than recommended), and cut the broth back to 1/2 c, adding more as it dis...

Sorry, but we just did not like this. Like some others said the chicken was moist but the flavor was bland and the breadcrumbs that super soggy. We will not make this again."

I used a heavy pound of beef (maybe 1.25?), 1/3 c half and half, sautéed my onion in oil, added a 2 green onions that I had on hand, and used a crushed VERY dry piece of whole wheat bread. I mixed the sauce with 3.5 T brown sugar in it 2 hrs early, then just used half of it...the other half is in the freezer for next time. Loved it!!!

Yum! I've made this twice now. I cut the recipe in half both times and used an 8" x 8" pan. Baking time is almost the same - I think around an hour. The second time I used Milky Way bars instead of the Snickers, as I found the peanuts to be distracting from the caramel. How can you argue with a dessert that has candy bars in the recipe? Thank you...
