"This is the one I've been looking for. I did make it with chicken livers because I wanted it for chicken soup. Also I left out the marjoram and added fresh parsley instead. Yum. Not difficult and nice for those special holiday dinners.I will try the recipe verbatim when I make beef consomme.Thank you, thank you!"

"Okay, okay, I confess...I've been too busy in the garden to make this cake but I'm fascinated both by the method and the ingredients. I apologize to the person who submitted because I know it would've been nice of me to do this right so I could give it a high rating. I wish the "interest factor" counted."

"This salad is very tasty.I only made one change and that is a matter of personal preference. I don't love celery seed so I halved the amount. For me, I might replace it with a little finely diced fresh celery. Which I know is a completely different flavour. But that's just me. Otherwise it's great. Yum!"

"This recipe is a great tutorial in how to get those truly mmmMediterranean flavours and will certainly please the vegetarians in your family. If you can't get it past the carnivores, just saute some ground lamb and add it to your list of fillings. I made it without this time and i think it's tasty just the way it is."
