    Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast

    "My good experiences cooking roast beef are limited. This recipe works.I took a chance using a small <1kg(2 lb standing rib roast and followed the instructions.After the initial one hour at 375, I turned the oven off and left it one more hour,then let it rest. I always use a meat thermometer but got excited and forgot!
