"Loved this recipe :D I used 1tsp of dried thyme (as some reviews suggested the 1 1/2tsp was too much) and 1tbsp of course grain mustard. I also mixed in a tsp of parmesan into the rice, and added some mushroom, courgette and chopped fine green beans. Love it and will keep it for future use. Thank you. x"

I have just had my first child and trying to build up a good base of recipes. I am allergic to spices (including pepper). However I have developed a talent for amending recipes to create a meal to enjoy.
I love chocolate and especially double chocolate orange cheesecake.
My friends hail me as queen foodie, as I can usually rustle up something nice to munch on from whatever is in my cupboards. One of my aims is to find a really nice gluten free cake recipe for my mum. She has given up but I am still trying.
