    Reviewed Simple Fried Egg Sandwich
    Handle
     |  By Lori Mama

"Fried egg sandwiches are a favorite. My grandmother introduced me to them as a child. Perfect for breakfast or when you have late-night munchies. Always put mustard on our egg sandwiches, but the cheese was something new to us. Love, love, love it. Thanks. Made for Everyday is a Holiday Tag."

"This made a nice, filling sandwich. I added garam masala to the spread and warmed it in the microwave. Added some finely chopped cilantro with the lettuce and chicken. Threw the naan on the grill to warm it and add a little char. Thanks for sharing this neat sandwich idea. Made and reviewed for Everyday is a Holiday Tag."

"Great tasting dip that is stupid easy to put together. I added a scant 1/4 teaspoon cumin and chipotle chili powder for a little extra bite. Will make this all during football season. Thanks for sharing."

"I made this with serious reservations. Thought it would be cloyingly sweet. Not at all. The sauce was a little sweet, a little tangy. If you can handle eating purple chicken, I recommend you try it. Surprisingly delicious. I sprinkled the chicken breasts with salt and pepper after putting in the baking dish; just something I always do. Thanks Tish."

"This made a lovely cake. The texture was light and tender with a fine crumb. Very moist. It isn't ultra sweet, but just sweet enough and the lemon flavor is subtle and refreshing. A perfect summer cake. Thanks for sharing."

"This is my second "dump" chicken recipe to try. I love the easy prep and use of just a few pantry ingredients. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Made for the freezer, thawed the night before and baked in the oven. Wasn't sure I would like this flavor combination, but was pleasantly surprised. I sprinkled the breasts with coarse pepper an..."

"This is what I did--put the ingredients into the freezer bag and set in refrigerator overnight. Lined a baking dish with foil and coated with nonstick cooking spray, to make clean-up easy. Dumped the ingredients into the pan, sprinkled the chicken with salt and pepper and baked for about 45 minutes. The fruit and sauce were delicious and the chic..."

"This is the way my grandmother always made green beans and potatoes. I used fresh green beans and varied slightly from the recipe, to try to eliminate fat. I used an equivalent amount of Canadian bacon and added a couple of teaspoons of ham base. Great summer side dish"

"Have made a version of this recipe for many years. I used lowfat mayo, no sugar, and fat free cheese. Also chopped the eggs instead of slicing. A hit at our Memorial Day cook-out. Thanks"
