"Lentil soup is a favorite of mine and this was good. Lovely creamy flavor and texture. It did need a good dose of salt and pepper for my taste. In my slow cooker, 5 hours on low was plenty. The lentils were tender, but still held their shape. Thanks for an enjoyable lunch, served with a big chunk of homemade bread."
