    About Me

    I have just discovered that I am lactose intolerant.  I've been to the hospital for problems and this is how I discovered it.  Now I am learning how to eat without dairy.  It's somewhat of a challenge. It's not that I don't enjoy non-dairy foods, but no more scrambled eggs, bagels with cream cheese, or chocolate.  I never really liked milk too much cheese (except pizza, mozz sticks, cream soups, poppers and wontons with cream cheese and the like). So its a good thing I like beans and chinese food and veggies.

    Favorite Foods

    chocolate, vanilla latte and vanilla cappochino, cream of broccoli soup and a few other things of the like.  I really like watermelon and bing cherries and chinese food.
