"We made this for our Thanksgiving chicken and it was the easiest chicken I've ever cooked. We put it in a pot and left it in a cooler with some ice packs in the kitchen for about 16 hours and it turned out really moist and tender. It did take longer than an hour to reach 185 on our meat thermometer though, probably closer to 1 1/2 hours. We had ..."

"I didn't have any ham or sausage, so I popped some frozen Kirkland precooked bacon in the microwave and chopped it up and added it to the mix. I also didn't have a lot of time, so I made it in the microwave. I cooked it for 4-5 minutes at a time and stirred it before cooking for another 4-5 minutes. Otherwise, the ends would've gotten scorched ..."

"I made 8 of these for a frozen dinner exchange I do with friends and this was so easy to make! I used the chicken strips that are pre-cooked and the Cibo Naturals pesto sauce from Costco. I also added about 1/4 cup pine nuts. The broccoli didn't get too mushy and everyone loved it, even my kids! Thanks!"

"This was so easy and tasted great! I added some garlic salt to the ground beef and added frozen peas and carrots to the whole mixture (instead of the beans. I also stirred in half the can of tomato soup to the meat and veggie mix and poured the rest of the can on top. A sprinkle of paprika to the mashed potatoes is great too. Thanks!"

"I made 12 of these for a frozen dinner exchange and it was really easy to put together and everyone loved it. I thought the Romano cheese taste was a little too strong, so next time I will only use half the Romano cheese. But it was great! Even my kids liked it! Thanks!"
