"My family emptied the pan! This was very good and LESS than 300 calories for dinner!! I did now have instant rice, I didn't realize until I was prepping. I had to use my whole grain rice which took me a while. And I used a different pot and added it later. But this was still a very good dinner. Thank you for posting!"

"This was delicious! I didn't have white wine, but I will try it with next time. But everything else was so good! I had a hard time looking for an easy mushroom side dish. This was tasty! Thanks!"

"So good! We had to double the recipe for our hungry family, and it didn't last. I loved popping them out of the muffin tray - it made them easy to eat and clean up was much better. Thank you!"
