"I love this as a go-to recipe for get togethers! I have made many times and it never disappoints. It is easy to put together, and I love serving something fruity and fizzy that is not a cola!"

"yea! i found one of my favorite recipes that i seem to keep losing! It is really so simple i should have it memorized by now. This recipe seems odd, but you cant even tell there is buttermilk--it is just like creamy velvet! I usually leave out the nuts, and am going to try lime jello, omiting oranges. Thanks for the post!"

"The first time my mother-in-law made this, I knew i had to have the recipe! it is fabulous--everyone loves it. If you need a quick fix, use some prepared rich chocolate frosting and it will do---although the choc. glaze is the best!"

"Sorry to say this was not a favorite. I don't have much experience with rum cake so maybe it is a northern thing. It still had kind of a cake mix consistency and it was just not my cup of tea. I shared it with several people, and no one seemed impressed by it. Sorry!"

"I have used this recipe many times (minus the icing from a southern junior league cookbook. It is fantastic! Everyone loves it, and it is easy. The other great thing is the ability to make so many variations, like use vanilla in place of the almond extract, and mix 3T brn sugar, 2T cinnamon, and 1 cup chop.pecans, and use this mixture for the pre..."

"My family of 5 loved this! I have to say, i did not do the chicken with marinade part b/c I was trying to use up some pre-breaded chicken tenders. I baked these, and made the sauce to go over it. I used 1/4 cup vinegar and it was plenty sweet. I used seasoned(garlicrice wine, and used a little ginger rice wine. I also used chili flakes. It took n..."

"I have tried a few different recipes of this, but this is probably the best, I think it is the addition of cr.cheese. I had some fresh spinach to use, so I wilted it with the garlic. and I used lite mayo and sour cream. My bag of parm. was only 1 1/2 c. and this seemed to be perfect. I added a dash of hot sauce, and greek season. I mistakenly put ..."

"I have made this a few times already and the kids love it. I always add some type of chopped nut, and usually choc.chips. I also have a kahlua syrup that i add, you could add other syrups or liquors too. I love the small quantity so it is always eaten fresh, although it is a little crumbly, especially the hotter it is, right from the oven as the k..."

"I love this, and so do the kids! I have made it a few times now, it is so easy, with ingredients on hand, and it is a great side for everything. I add a little butter to the oil, and later about 1/4 tsp salt. It is so yummy we gobble it up every time!"

"Love this recipe! I wanted beef instead of the usual chicken, and this was great! I probably only used 1 can of soup--ched.cheese, and not all of the enchilada sauce. I did double the grn chili, and omitted the red pepp. I also used black beans instead of refried. It was very easy to put together, and also reheated great for leftovers. Great flav..."
