"funny when i made them the first time i was distracted and did not put in the egg and you really could not tell it was missing ..second time i DID use the egg ( no different .....i did put in a teaspoon of good vanilla and some cin. both timesi did let the mixture set like some other reviews mentioned...A+ will use this as my "default" pan c..."

"the topping sort of melted and did not look like the pic. it sort of turned out like a creme brulee topping. the muffins had a great flavor and i added mini chocolate chips to one batch. very easy to do and everyone loved them!!"
