"Good soup, but I added some Worcestershire sauce like rennug suggested and it really made a difference, as well as some salt. I used spicy V8 and really liked the little kick it added. Didn't love it, but good filling soup, would make it again."

"Classic camping recipe! We bring a couple other topping options to use too. Be careful you don't stick the irons directly in the fire if you have cheap ones, they will crack and/or melt, but true cast iron ones can go right on the fire/coals. If you're patient, you can use real pizza dough instead of the bread if you squish it out real thin and..."

"This is the only fried rice I've ever made, but it blows all other fried rice I've ever eaten out of the water. Seems like no matter how I substitute based on what's in the house it still tastes wonderful. I do have to cut the pepper back a bit for our tastes, but when all of us eat this with no complaints, it's a keeper!"

"Despite the good reviews, I didn't really think these would be that good, they are too healthy! But I was wrong, they are delicious. I did use chocolate chips as my daughter won't eat raisins, and these sure are a nice treat... great portable breakfast or mid morning snack, or anytime snack. I used a 1/2 cup mini chips and will try cutting it t..."

"Okay... so I didn't really like these fresh out of the oven, but my 4 year old daughter ate about 10 of them right off the rack, so I figured it was still a success. However, I tried some again the next day, and now I really like them! I did add 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips and subbed half the butter with applesauce. They taste like muffin t..."

"We all liked this, and I will make it again, but it does need more flavor. I used mild salsa, which I plan to do again, but spice it up with chili powder and cumin and maybe some tabasco. I will also double the beans next time and maybe cut down to 3 chicken breasts. For those that can handle it (my daughter can't, rotel instead of the salsa w..."

"Good, but too much onion and not enough cheese. I'll be trying again with less onion, it was way overpowering. I'd also double the amount of cheese. It's nice and creamy though, texture is perfect, so with a few tweaks it'd be excellent."

"Very good, I had no issues with it being too thick, but I did keep a lid on the pot for the most part so that may be a factor for those who said it was too thick. I had an issue with the nutmeg not mixing in good so I had a big clump in one bite, so next time I'll either need to be more careful to mix it better or just skip the nutmeg altogether...."

"Excellent! Did one cup white flour, 3/4 cup whole wheat, and couldn't tell at all. Made way less cookies than I thought, I would recommend making 1/2 - 3/4 in balls, they do spread quite a bit. So amazingly delicious though, hard to not eat them all while the kisses are soft and melty :-"

"Very good, the quartered potatoes took longer than 25 minutes to get soft, I was in a rush so I nuked them for a bit and then they were good to go. Husband asked for twice baked potatoes and I made these, he said they are better than twice baked potatoes so it's definitely a make again recipe. Could take or leave the bacon, think I'll do without..."
