    I'm a self employed gal, homeschooling my two boys.  Reading cookbooks is my idea of great fun, and look forward to making home cooked meals!  I try to make as much from scratch as I can.

    My preference it to cook vegetarian foods; but when animal products are on our table, I try very hard to choose free range, oraganic, and humane certified.  I have a lot of thanks for the critters who nourish our bodies.
