    "This was a hit, but I would make some changes to it. I used Knorr's hollandaise sauce and it was really easy. I would add salt, pepper, and a dash of maybe cayenne next time.     Reviewed Pat's Famous Beef and Pork Chili

    "It was an easy recipe to follow for a beginner, and tasted really excellent. I added a jalapeno without the seeds based on other reviews, and I'm glad I did. Definitely use a beer that you like the flavor of, because that flavor seems to remain with the chili. We skipped the sour cream garnish. ""
