"The recipe was simple and easy to follow and the results made a great bundt cake. 40 minutes of baking at 350 was perfect. Using a yellow cake mix, I followed the recipe exactly. This is definitely a keeper."

"This is a terrific, flavorful Albondigas Soup that our family and friends have enjoyed often. We always prepared a double batch of this soup. It is a very easy recipe to make. Recommend reading/inserting steps 8 and 9 prior to step 4 for simplicity. Though the ingredients stand extremely well on their own, I add a 14.5 ounce can of petite dice..."

"This is a very delicious dish. It went very well with a tossed salad with Oriental Dressing. If not concerned about low-carbs, I would highly recommend serving it with garlic mashed potatoes and a veggie. The sauce can also serve as a terrific gravy. Try it, you'll like it"

"This is a terrific recipe. Over the past couple of weeks, I have tried many different bran muffin recipes and have concluded that this one was the best. This is definitely a keeper. My own variations were small. I added 4 single packets of Splenda to ensure sweetness, though it probably didn't need it. As a fruit juice, I used orange juice. ..."

"This is an outstanding recipe. Fixing slice eggplant in this manner was like having several little pizzas that were so light and delicious. And, there was no leftovers either. If one is on a low-carb diet, this is a great way to experience terrific Italian cuisine. We'll prepare this recipe over and over again."

"Unable to rate this recipe as it appears to be missing some vital liquid ingredient. Recipe calls for pouring mix into greased muffin cups. As the recipe now stands, pouring is an impossibility as the final mix is heavier than even a drop cookie dough and difficult to even remove from the mixing bowl. End results were a heavy, tasteless glob of ..."

"All of the ingredients blended together to make a terrific soup and a great one to serve on a cold winter night. I followed the recipe quite closely except for adding an extra can of beef broth and a few more sundried tomatoes. Didn't need any salt added as it had such a delicious flavor. It is a five-star recipe."

"This one is a definite keeper. If you enjoy Mexican soups, surely you will enjoy this one. I followed the recipe throughout, which is unusual for me to do. And, the results were terrific as a soup. With the leftovers, am sure they'll taste great over cooked rice or noodles. I'll make this one again and again and again."

"This is a terrific Chili Relleno recipe. Tried it for first time with 2 dinner guests and they too raved over it. Forced me to give them a copy of the recipe. Not a crumb was left after dinner. I used a spoonful of Sofrito Sauce over each of the squares. Recipe deserves a 5-star rating."
