"Excellent clam chowder. Although I used the suggestion that "Quite Contrary" used concerning the milks and creams. I also used chicken soup base instead of clam base since they don't carry that in most grocery stores here in Ohio. And I used 2 cans of whole clams. Very very tasty!!!"

"Gave my review above. Forgot to put the stars. Made this before. It is very delicious! By the way, Gordon Elliott is the show's producer. Gordon Ramsay is the chef from "Hell's Kitchen"."

"Didn't care for these cookies. Tasted too much like artificial sweetener. Had to coat them with a powdered sugar drizzle just to eat them. Which made them rather unhealthy.Sorry."

"This recipe was very good. One thing I did differently is to separate the egg, whip the egg white till soft peaks form. Then after all the other ingredients are mixed, I gently fold in the whipped egg white. It makes it even fluffier!"

"Good idea. With herbs like rosemary and thyme, I just cut it from my plants, rinse them off, lay them out to dry on a paper towel. Then lay them out on a dry paper towel, roll them up, put them in a large zip lock bag, and freeze them. Anytime I need "fresh" rosemary or "thyme", I just take out what I need, and return the rest to the freezer."
