    "I improvised quite a bit because I did not have many of the listed ingredients. Ground seasme and peanuts and heated them in the veg oil, used the pollock I had, used a cooking sherry for maranating. I enjoyed the simplicity of the recipe and from what turned out I can imagine the actual cooked recipe. Skipper/Sy took the time and thoughtfulness..."

    "This is a perfect Jambalaya recipe. I added a small can of tomatoe paste to chicken stock instead of the canned tomatoes because I had the paste on hand. I stirred the pot every 10 minutes or so to prevent the rice from sticking and burning at the bottom. Thank you for the posting."
