    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

Quite simply, I have three passions: food, music, and love. When they're combined artfully, amazing memories are created. My wife and I have spent much of our marriage widening our circle of friends and introducing them to the concept that food is much more than physical sustenance - it can nourish the soul as well as the body.

    Favorite Foods

I have no real favorite food. Italian, Chinese, Mexican, French, Japanese, Thai, Hungarian, Ethopian ... all cuisines have their unique place in our home. We tend to more fusion concepts, combining flavors and techniques from many regions. In the end, we believe food is really about setting a stage for lively conversation with friends, concentrated quality family time, romance, or even just an evening spent in front of the TV with a good movie.
