    "I Loved this recipe with it's very fresh taste. I used both sweet and hot sausage and sliced them before browning them. Also used 1 tble of oil and about 1/4 cup of merlot to deglaze the pan while cooking the vegtables.Used large can of diced tomatoes with oregeno and basil. Also used dry italian spices and added a 1/4 tsp of red pepper flake..."

    "I have made this recipe 6 times now and I now won't order fried rice from any restaurant because it can't compare to this recipe. I use shrimp, ham, and chicken as well as 3 eggs and a few extra drops of sesame oil while stir frying the rice. I am having some for lunch today!! Fantastic , Thanks Sue !!!"

    "Tweeked the recipe a little. Used an entire can of evaporated milk , extra parmasean cheese, and added chopped onion with the mushrooms and garlice clove sauteed together and peas for color, Salt and pepper as well. I used dry sherry in place of the wine. came out excellent. Will make it again next week to use up all my turkey. Delicious !!"
