"I have made this recipe 6 times now and I now won't order fried rice from any restaurant because it can't compare to this recipe. "Substitued Balsamic Vingar for the red wine vinegar since I had none, and it was the best marinade I have ever had !! Next time I will try with the red wine vinegar, but the substitution didn't seem to hurt this marinade at all .... Thanks for the recipe!! it's a keeper !!"

"I made this for BDay Get together with friends and they raved about it... Only changes I made was add more minced garlic and about 6 slices of sliced Jalapeno from B&G Jar, it added a slight bite to it but was mild enough for kids. Also a little salt n pepper ... GREAT DIP !!"

"Tweeked the recipe a little. Used an entire can of evaporated milk , extra parmasean cheese, and added chopped onion with the mushrooms and garlice clove sauteed together and peas for color, Salt and pepper as well. I used dry sherry in place of the wine. came out excellent. Will make it again next week to use up all my turkey. Delicious !!"
