    About Me

    I have lived in Upstate NY, South Florida,
    Louisiana, and am currently residing in Texas. I have four very picky eaters to feed: DH and three growing boys! I frequently have to prepare two or three different entrees per meal to make everybody happy. Because of this, I usually cannot cook as many things from scratch as I would like to, and that's kind of why I'm here, looking for new ideas!

    My DH bought me a bread machine for Christmas two years ago and we are all reaping the benefits of freshly made breads and rolls.

    Favorite Foods

    Favorite foods include unusual veggie pizzas, popovers and crusty breads, zesty salads, interesting vegetable dishes, and savory soups. I LOVE dining at the Chinese buffet restaurants and the better family buffet restaurants with healthier fare. Give me a countless assortment of items and I'm there with my finicky boys in tow!

    I guess one of my signature main entrees would be chicken and yellow rice with yummy peppers, onions, tomatoes, pepperocinis, peas, and spices for my DH; it's very aromatic, flavorful, and a fairly easy dish to make.
