    "I find that it's easier to just chop the cukes fine in the food processor. Also if you drain the yogurt overnight, it's thick enough that draining the cuke juice isn't necessary. (it is more flavorful than the whey) Also I add about 3 times more lemon and a touch of dill as well. "
