"This was great! I cut back on the oil to just 1/2 cup of olive oil and the maple syrup to 1 tbs. It was still delicious but we don't like things to sweet in our family. I will make it again for sure."

"Very good! The chicken was tender and moist. Since we are not beer drinkers, I had purchased a can just to try it in this recipe. The flavor was very good and next time I make it, I will also cut back on the butter. We used chicken breast. Thanks for sharing."

"This recipe was wonderful. i look forward to making it again. I did not have cilantro, but it was still delicious. I loved the spicy, sweet, flavor. I also substituted the peanuts with toasted slice almonds and I really enjoyed that. I look forward to trying it again with the peanuts and cilantro. Thank you!!"

"Great! My family loved the crunchiness of the granola. I also substituted light olive oil for the vegetable oil. Instead of all honey, I used about half pure maple syrup. For the nuts we had pecans on hand, so I used these. It was some of the best granola we've had. Loved the vanilla!"

"This was a great casserole! I brought it to a dinner banquet and someone stood up asked who had made the vegetable casserole because they had to have the recipe! We did make a few changes. Doubled the vegetables, but kept only 1/2 stick of butter in the recipe. A lot of people wanted the recipe that night! I will definitely substitute sour cr..."

"Loved it. Didn't have cilantro, but chopped up romaine lettuce. I'm sure it would be even better with the cilantro. Thanks!"

"Thanks for the recipe. It was very good and I was glad to have this recipe when I didn't have traditional syrup. I did add a tablespoon of gluten-free flour and a 1/4 cup of corn syrup."
