"I have made this dish twice already..once with the butter and the second time, i tried it with olive oil. This is fabulous both ways. With the olive oil, I added the chicken cutlets and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes. The sauce thickens up due to the flour in the chicken, so I didnt miss the butter as much. "I loved these pita pizzas. I made three with different toppings (roasted red peppers; mozzarella and basil; salami and cheese and it took less than 20 minutes to make 3..
