    About Me

I'm too busy cooking to fill out this field. Check back soon.

    Favorite Foods

Anything spicy and complex, so that the flavor changes in your mouth. I don't like boring foods. That is not to say that in certain types of cooking where less is more, that the right combination of a very few ingredients is boring. Some dishes can be prepared with only a few whole foods and spiced only with salt and pepper, and they are some of the most flavorful dishes on earth (like beans and cornbread or chicken and dumplings). But my absolute favorite types of food are Mexican, Indian, and Thai...think of dining as an adventure!
