"Very gool. Made it for a dinner with my in-laws and they loved it too, so much so, my MIL is making this recipe for her gathering at her house. I whisked the pineapple juice with the pudding mix and cool whip. Then added it to the apples and pineapple. Just before serving I added 1/2 cup peanuts."
