    About Me

I love food- it brings people together and it can be like a window into different cultures.  I was lucky enough to attend a very diverse inner-city high school, and so through several friends from varying backgrounds, I developed a love of food from all around the world.

I've been to culinary school, but most of what I've learned was a result of trial and error.  I'll try any recipe once, and especially love weird foods, fusion recipes, or multi-day cooking projects.

    Favorite Foods

Anything Thai, Indian, African, Mexican, or Japanese (especially SUSHI)... but every country probably has a dish I would enjoy.
