    New Topic what is pot roast? in Cooking Q & A

    "Ok I guess this is a dumb question but what is pot roast? I always thought any cheap cut of meat but when I bought a bottom rump roast my husband said no that's roast beef he said it has to be flat. So what kind do I buy?
    Also I have to cook in a slow cooker since I work till late so my family has a dinner but every time I cook a 4 lb roast on lo..."
