"Wow. If you love lemon, these are a must try! I used a different frosting so I am only reviewing the cake part of this recipe. I doubled this and made two 8' round cake pans. This is a dense but moist cake. If I made it again I think I would do 3 cakes for more height, since the cake doesn't rise much."

"I think this may be the best potato soup I've ever made! I also used bacon and only 8 oz cream cheese and it was a perfect consistency. I also used green onion instead of white as that was all I had on hand but I think I would do it the same way next time. Thanks for a wonderful and easy recipe!"

"These were very tasty! I made these cupcakes for my daughters first birthday. I followed the recipe exactly. The cake was more dense than box mixes and had had a hint of sugar cookie in the flavor. Ideally I'd like to find a homemade vanilla recipe that is a little lighter in texture but the flavor of this recipe is great!!"
