"Good pie! Might have backed off the sugar with the sweetness of my peaches (which were lovely sweet."

"Lovely recipe! I couldn't find non-alcoholic Creme de Menthe so I had to make homemade peppermint syrup with my own fresh mint (simple syrup steeped with a bunch of mint leaves and strained. Then I had to adjust for the sugar in the recipe etc, but it was easy to eyeball and guess at. It turned out great! I love the lime in it (probably would..."

"Thanks for this recipe! Great flavor! Only change we wanted was for the clarity of it to look more like the real thing. We found carbonated clear mandarin orange from Walmart "Clear American sparkling water" that kept it a lovely translucent color.
Great job!"

"These turned out great! I thought I'd try to use a pastry blender, but the hand mixer with the regular beaters worked fine. I think more than a scant teaspoon was more like it for me. I pressed a fleur-de-lis in each one. Really cute and easy to make! Thanks!"

"This is a beautiful recipe. I also mashed the blueberries into the milk to get the flavor of the blueberries throughout. My qualms with most BB muffin recipes is the lack of blueberry flavor in the muffin part. This step really makes it! I didn't make it to a whole 1/2c since I was short on blueberries. Again, as everyone says it is more cakey,..."

"I was glad to see a classic recipe for mousse here. This one seemed the most simple and true to form. I increased the chocolate because I was unsure of the conversion to cups, but 8 oz was pretty darn chocolaty and I might try backing off it just a bit. I also was not sure where to add the coffee so hopefully that will get amended. I tried a t..."

"Pretty good rendition! I love this at Starbucks! I had problems getting the froth right though. I thought I read somewhere that steamed milk should never be frothed with anything in it... 180 degrees and plain, then add the flavors, but maybe it was something else I did. But I do think I will try again and steam at least part of the milk plai..."

"This was a great recipe! It made well into bars in a jelly roll pan too! (recipe doubled and time shortened to 20-25 minutes I didn't have any applesauce so I just added another apple with some brown sugar and made sure I mashed it a bit and left some chunky when I cooked down the apples. I also added a little clove and doubled the cinnamon too...."

"I was hoping to make a lighter version of the general tsoa's I'm familiar with, but this was not sweet enough. I appreciate that this was weight watchers, but I might try this again with apple juice instead of the broth... and maybe more garlic and real peppers instead of the flakes."

"We liked it... but it seemed to strong in soy sauce. I think we were looking for more of a General Tsoa's. I suppose that should have been what we looked for.. hed!hee! If you prefer that style of sauce (which it looks like lots of folks do this is for you. If you like a sweeter, smoother, hotter version maybe not."
