    "I would modify this a little bit. because of my sodium issue, I use "NoSalt." About the pepper, I prefer bottles of fresh corns of pepper with built-in grinders. I would try one recipe without pepper, one with white pepper (for smoothness and try one recipe with black pepper (for boldness. Then I will see which one I like best. I would use peanu..."

    "As a beginning cook examining the recipe, it looks like a 5-star! As a pre-diabetic, I recommend making 2 substitution to the recipe as is: replace the salt with equal amounts of "No Salt," and replace the ground beef with equal amounts of 100% ground turkey breast."
