I’m Nicole. I'm not a chef, I am a trial and error gal who likes to cook and bake… a lot. I am a country girl with a love for food, and my horses.
I was raised to appreciate the real wealth in life : Family, Friends, Faith, and Good Food. My Mother and Grandmother used their talent in the kitchen to bring us all together at each meal.
I love to mix things up a bit, i tend to not stick to one type of food. I cook everything and anything with great flavor. Yes some recipes are passed down from my family but most i created with trial and error. I always get the question, "why have you not gone to culinary school?" Well thats just not me. Im not into fancy meals but ill gaurentee you they look just as great, and all homemade.
I was born in California but lived my whole life in Arizona. I now recide in Fairbanks Alaska, i know two totally different climates! I must be crazy! I am just a simple country gal with a love for food, my hores, and of course my wondering fiance Jeffrey. I own 2 quarter horse mares Rio and Jackie, and a sweet and loving pit pull/mix named Wrangler.
I am a fun gal, who enjoys life! I am a professional barrel racer and train horses! I love to travel and hope to more in the near future. I love to meet new people, sing, and just being ME!. I like to take on any challange, I love rollercoasters, movies. and of course I am famous for making just about anyone laugh.
