"Very nice! I found I needed to add quite a bit of milk to the batter as it was very stiff (this might not have been the recipe, could have been that I used slightly smaller eggs or whatever. I had no allspice and used mixed spice instead. Just realised the recipe calls for nuts and I think they'd be great but I had none - muffins still superb!"
