    About Me

    I am currently working towards becoming an executive office administrator.

    My biggest pet peeve is probably a messy/dirty kitchen.  I need things to be clean and tidy before I start doing anything.

    My inspirations to cook come from striving for a healthy life.  I have been avoiding dairy and whole wheat for over a year now.  As replacements I mainly use Earth Balance's soy-free margarine and spelt flour.

    Favorite Foods

    Flavours I LOVE are chocolate, lemon, ginger, and tomato, although I love food in general.

    My favourite thing to make is a quinoa tabouli.

    My family loves when I make pancakes/waffles for breakfast.
