"Awesome awesome cookies!! Everybody has raved over them. I substituted about 1 cup of wheat flour for 1 1/4 cups of the all purpose flour and used an egg subsitute (my son is allergic to eggs and they still turned out great. Thanks!!"

"This is very similar to a recipe I make. However, I add a little shredded cheese to the mixture (queso blanco and I don't boil the water first, I just dump in in together.
