    "This is really delicious! Love having the main dish, veggie AND side dish (rice all in one pot, plus it was quick to cook. I couldn't find neufchatel cheese so I used goat cheese, as karen in tbay suggested. Turned out great! Thanks very much for sharing this recipe, I know we'll be enjoying this one again & again!"

    "I made this for my whole family and they loved it! I used Kraft Stove-Top Traditional Sage stuffing. If you don't cover the dish while it cooks, the stuffing gets nice and crispy but the chicken stays very moist. Will definitely be making this again!"
