"This was so good, and healthy too. You could wilt some spinach in there for more nutrient punch. I also quadrupled the garam masala, and used diced chiles instead of jalapenos, since I didn't have any of those around."

"This is the first time I've cooked with collards, and this was completely delicious. Yes, it was sweet, but I thought it complemented the collards amazingly. I did a half butter, half olive oil saute. I would also try adding some garlic next time. Yum!"

"As the previous reviewer noted, I think the batter base and topping needs more milk - at least twice as much. However, as-is, it was still really delicious. I also added some avocado slices, sour cream and cilantro to the top when I served it. Yum!"
