    About Me

I am an Indian from a middle class family.I was the youngest in my family and never needed to cook a fabulous meal myself.
But after marriage, things are not the same.My husband has a very refined taste buds and he is very fond of top class food.So these days I am just experimenting lots of new dishes and trying to please my husband..My mother-in-law is also a great cook, and though i didn't get a chance to live with her for long time, but I am sure I'll disappoint her a lot in this respect as not being that good at cooking ,is my weekest point.
So when ever I cook some thing great ,which my husband loves, that is my best day.

    Favorite Foods

There are many foods which are my favorite. But I think My taste has changed a little, after comming to the USA.In India my favorite foods used to be fish curry and rice, with some fresh curd and rasagulla.
But here in the USA we do not find that quality of fish ,and any kind of fresh non-veg items.
So in the USA there are many foods which I love having, like pizza, different kinds of pancake, with maple syrup, and scrambled eggs, tuna fish sandwich.I just love eating in "sweet tomatoes" a chain buffet place in the USA.Its really great.I love it.

At my home ,I am famous for cooking chicken curry. After comming here,my brothers and my father really miss my chicken curry a lot. They wait for me to cook it for them.
