    Baking is the best.  Toll House chocolate chip cookies are my specialty--I actually only follow the recipe--real butter is the secret.  I also like to bake cheesecake, breads, and I have dabbled with bagels, and homemade pasta.  I have also made Thai Red Curry with Vegetables, Foil Wrapped Side of Salmon With Lemon and Rosemary, Saag Paneer (Low Fat Cheese With Spinach), Baked Ziti, and General Tso's Chicken (Tso Chung Gai).

    I am a husband--yes a guy--of one and father of two. I am a pastor by day, and a wannabe baker/chef by night.  Life is good when there is good food to eat. Therefore, I must run to keep from looking like I live to eat.
