    Reviewed Barbecued Beef Brisket Sandwiches

"We did not care for this recipe. I love Emeril and love almost all his recipes, but not this one. As someone who grew up having good bbq, the sauce was bitter--it needed more sweetness which is surprising because it is ketchup based with the addition of pure cane syrup. Therefore, I am quite surprised by all the rave reviews which is what prompted"

    Reviewed German Apple Cake

"This is FANTASTIC and EASY!!! I used four leftover medium apples--of a variety my husband wanted to try for snacking but didn;t care for the texture--and it came to four cups. I also weighed my flour and sugar because I wanted to see, based on reviews stating the batter was super thick, if it made a difference. The batter was still super thick..."

Reviewed Copycat Olive Garden Minestrone Soup by Todd Wilbur

"Add some balsamic vinegar, grated parmesan or romano, some celery salt or leaves, unseasoned ground turkey for the meat lovers in your home, definitely some red wine, and adjust herbs and spices to taste. I subbed more cans of vegi broth for water and it was perfecto!"

    Reviewed Pasta Puttanesca

"I'm knocking a star because the recipe as written is a little bland. I'm in total agreement with the reviewer who suggested doubling all ingredients with the exception of the spaghetti, because the dish needs to be more saucy. I made this almost exactly, but I lacked the arugula which is too bad because I love it. Next time I make it, I'll double "

Reviewed Dirty P's Garlic-Ginger Chicken Thighs

"This is NOTHING like I thought it would be. After all, garlic, onions, ginger, soy sauce and orange juice seem like a really nice combination and I was sure the negative reviews were from people who are garlic and/or onion, possibly ginger haters who just wanted to give this recipe a try. Well, I love all those ingredients and this recipe was bord"

    Reviewed Slow-Cooker Brisket Sandwiches

"I made this today in my slow cooker, 8 hrs on low and an additional 2 hours on high. While I pretty much followed the recipe, I used amber ale instead of stout and smoked paprika, per other reviewer suggestions. The end result was just an ok flavored brisket, but very tender even though mine shredded instead of sliced. The sauce was bitter and run"

Reviewed Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

"Momonthego, I wanted to thank you for posting this recipe! For the idea, I give you 5 stars, but I can't rate your recipe because I made some changes. I doubled the bisquick, butter and milk, used 1 tsp of Old Bay, 2 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp dried parsley, and 2 cups of SHARP cheddar cheese. I combined everything except the cheddar in my food pr..."
