Reviewed Cherry Yum Yum
"Thank you so much for posting this!! I, too, grew up with this special treat but couldn't remember how it was made. My mom also used blueberry pie filling sometimes and it's just as good as the cherry. Thank you so much for this yummy piece of my childhood!!"

I live in a very small community called Dellwood. I am the mother of 4 incredible kids ages 22 through7. I have the greatest husband in the world who loves me and supports me in everything I do. I have always had a passion for cooking. My Grandmother taught me to cook at a very early age, I remember standing in a chair to reach the stove to fry chicken. (Which, by the way, my husband thinks is the best he's ever tasted!!) I enjoy trying new recipes and love all different types of cuisines.
I love all sorts of foods from every culture I can think of. I have a Nigerian chicken dish that everyone loves, but I guess I'm "famous" for my Crisco Pound Cake and my New York Cheesecake which are both requested every year for our annual family get-together. I adore a local Mexican resturant that we have about 30 miles from us, we eat there as often as our budget allows.
