"Loved it, loved it, loved it. The girls even helped make this recipe. It was very simple! The only thing that we changed is we replaced the dark chocolate chips with Ghirardelli Chocolate Premium Baking Chips Milk Chocolate."

"My picky daughters even loved this recipe, to my surpise. They are not fish eaters, but this one will be eaten. I did change the quantities. I couldn't quite figure out the gram to lbs. conversion while at the market. So I got one fillet of salmon and realized when I got home that it was about 400g. "I loved this recipe, not a favorite of my daughters (but they are young. I did alter the recipe slightly. I used cherry tomatoes because I didn't have sun-dried available in our area. I also changed the walnut's to dry roasted pistachios. AWESOME RECIPE!"

"Very skeptical when first trying this recipe. Have always boiled the noodles ahead of time, and definitely understand the sticky part. However, this turned out excelent. One addition, I added cottage cheese to my recipe as my daughters love this and it softens the taste of the ricotta cheese, too which they are not as fond off!"

"WOW! The only problem that I had was the amount. I was unable to cook thoroughly through because we live in an RV and the oven is a lot smaller. So I will cut in half and cook to portions so that it will accomodate the oven size we currently have."

"My family absolutely loved this recipe. I did a few things differently. I added some purple cabbage and changed the mozzarella cheese for Vermont Aged Sharp Cheddar Cheese. We also used ranch dressing because it is a favorite.Thank you so much for posting this delicious recipe."
