    "I used this recipe to come up with my own variation, no asparagus, and used Mrs. Dash and italian seasoning on it. I turn the broiler on the last few minutes, and it is absolutely delish. With so few easy options in Phase I, we ate this 2 night in a row! It tastes just like the stewed squash my family loves, without the bacon fat we always used!"
