practically subsisted solely refined carbs and no activity as a kid, basically stopped eating for a couple of months after moving out on my own, and have spent the past two years making up for that with better health choices; i.e. a better balance of protein, carbs, & good fats and a whole heck of a lot more exercise. quite addicted to my dumbbells and (although i absolutely cower in shame) trendy trendy ballet-pilates. bellydance on the side. love books, gender politics, cartoons, industrial music, and shiny shiny boots. can't stand people or this abominable world ;)
cottage cheese!!! the usual health junk. frozen uncooked edamame straight out of the bag. processed cheese microwaved to the crunchy point. oatmeal oatmeal oatmeal. shrimp. tuna. etc.
necessary little evils included but not limited to chicken mcnuggets (cue more cringing) soft chocolate chip cookies, corn bread, huge chicken burritos with cheese from 24 hour -berto drive thrus.
