Reviewed Roast Loin of Pork with Fennel

    Sunday, Mar 3, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

OMG! I made this for the first time last night and served to company. Excellent! Loved the fennel. My pork loin was almost four pounds, so it did take me longer to cook - easy enough to handle with a meat thermometer. "

This is easy and delicious. It's often requested by the kids in my family. I sometimes make it in 2 dishes, so guests can take one home. Soo good."

    Reviewed Green Chile Corn Muffins

    Monday, Feb 11, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

I was expecting much more from these muffins.
Couldn't really pick up the cheese or chili flavors. Pretty boring. Served them at a party and noticed people left bits uneaten on their plates. Won't be making them again."

    Thursday, Mar 1, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

Good soup - quick and easy. The best thing about it is the croutons. I used whole grain French bread - delicious. Hadn't thought to sprinkle my croutons with red pepper flakes - a great taste.""

    Reviewed Garlic Roast Chicken

    Monday, Jan 9, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

Excellent chicken. So easy, it's going to become my winter chicken standard recipe (summer is beer-can on the grill). As I love veggies, I doubled the amounts of carrots, onions and potatoes. Just a perfect recipe! ""

    Reviewed Moroccan Chicken Tajine

Just made this for the second time. It really is delicious. My husband and I debate over the rating. I give it a 4 but he gives it a 5. So 4.5 it is. If you can't find preserved lemons, make your own. You can go on the internet for a recipe. You'll just have to wait a few weeks to use them. I made 2 jars in September and still have one left....

Great cookie. Made them for the first time last night. OMG Took them to work where they were quickly eaten. Think I'll have to make another batch tonight.

Have been making this recipe for more than a year now and have found a way to make them better. I make a thin icing with confectioner's sugar and ginger brandy. Really...
