    "I made the beef enchiladas. They were really good. I used corn tortillas, and did have to warm them up in a little oil, before I rolled them. I tried to warm them in the micro, but that didn't work.First time makeing beef enchiladas, and glad I chose this recipe. I will use this recipe again. Really good, and yes, it was easy"

    "I cooked as recipe said. It did not get brown. I had to put it into the oven and brown it. It did free up the oven for other things, but wish it would have gotten brown."

    "These are so good. I can't stand licorice, but these are really good. I put 2 tsp. of anise in it. It was just right. I do think I boiled it to long, as it really got hard. But it melts in your mouth. I know I will be makeing it a lot."
