    About Me

I love cooking. I recently got divorced so now I get the kitchen all to myself. Now I'll get to try out all sorts of neat recipies for the kids!

I love Anthony Bourdain. Great writer, great chef, great taste in music and great sense of humor.

    Favorite Foods

I make a great meatloaf. I add blanched spinach rolled up with provolone cheese and placed in the center of the loaf.

My chili is pretty decent even though I really don't have a recipie for it. I just kind of wing it.

I LOVE seafood and never met a lobster I didn't like...
