    New Topic Apricot Cake in Desserts

    "I am looking for a recipe for an Apricot layer cake/torte. It was made with 6-8 layers of "cake" which were actually giant sugar cookies. You cooked down an apricot/sugar mixture then layered it between the sugar cookies and let it soak in for a couple of days in the refrigerator. I have made the cake a couple of times using my husband's aunt's ..."
